This long-term service contract covered preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of HVAC systems serving STS and RTG MV/LV substations. The project ensured maximum uptime, thermal stability, and operational reliability through scheduled maintenance, 24/7 emergency support, and continuous system monitoring. Maintenance logs and CMS updates were performed to support operational transparency and compliance.
