This project involved the complete installation and commissioning of a QC Remote Tally Information System (RTIS) at the South Container Terminal in Jeddah Islamic Port. The scope of work included the installation of 64 industrial-grade cameras across 14 quay cranes, along with custom-designed steel brackets, internal cable routing within crane structures, secure camera mounting, and full system programming. The solution significantly improved real-time operational monitoring, data accuracy, and overall terminal efficiency while adhering to strict port safety and operational standards.
